Clare Croucher

Clare manages the pre-school!
I chose to work in Oasis Preschool because I enjoy working with children and their families, while children are young they are learning and working in a preschool gives me the best opportunity to support and help the children develop. When I’m not at preschool I enjoy spending time with my family taking them to different places.

Charlette Hodder

Charlette is Deputy Manager and leads the Turtle Key Group! 
I chose to work in Oasis Preschool because I chose childcare at school and loved it, I have always wanted to do midwifery but never got there as I enjoy childcare so stuck to it. I enjoy seeing the different children and helping them learn. When I’m not at preschool I enjoy girl guides, catching up with friends and family, watching tv and helping St Johns Ambulance.

Julie Theobald

Julie leads the Jellyfish Key Group! 
I chose to work in Oasis Preschool because I love seeing children develop in all areas of learning, I enjoy the everyday challenges to help children and their families. When I’m not at preschool I enjoy family time, spending time with my husband and daughters, walking, going to the beach, swimming and cooking.

Lesley Strange

Lesley leads the Seahorse Key Group! 
I chose to work in Oasis Preschool because watching children play, learn, have fun and to be part of their educational development and become a little person in their own right is amazing. I hope to bring my own 30-years experience and knowledge to help and nurture the children in my care. When I’m not at preschool I enjoy spending free time with my grandson and family. I also love to read and enjoy shooting bow and arrow as I am a field archery coach as well as a regular visitor to costa.

Teri Jackson

Teri leads the Seahorse Key Group! 
I chose to work in Oasis Preschool because I wanted more hours working with the children. When i'm not at preschool, I enjoy spending free time going fishing when the weather's nice and spending time with my family.
